Counseling services are offered in individual, small or large group settings tailored to meet the social, emotional and behavioral needs of each student as defined in their IEP. Sessions provide emotional support, improve self-esteem, verbal communication and social skills, learn problem solving techniques and conflict resolution skills and develop self-discipline and responsibility.
Occupational Therapy helps students develop fine-motor skills, visual motor coordination and sensory regulation to support school performance.
Speech and Language Therapy services foster optimal communication skills through receptive and expressive language, auditory processing, social/pragmatic language, articulation, and fluency.
Advanced Technology is prevalent in the classroom setting with state-of-the-art equipment including Interactive Whiteboards, computers, individual laptops, iPads, and supervised internet access. A computer lab provides instruction as part of the curriculum.
