We offer a wide range of services for special needs education in Ridgewood NJ.
Clinical Services play an integral role in the emotional growth of our students by helping them gain control over impulsive behaviors and develop positive strategies for coping with frustrating and difficult situations.
Clinical services include:

Behavior intervention plans
Counseling services are offered in individual, small or large group settings tailored to meet the social, emotional and behavioral needs of each student as defined in their IEP. Sessions provide emotional support, improve self-esteem, verbal communication and social skills, learn problem solving techniques and conflict resolution skills and develop self-discipline and responsibility.
Speech and Language Therapy services foster optimal communication skills through receptive and expressive language, auditory processing, social/pragmatic language, articulation, and fluency.
Occupational Therapy helps students develop fine-motor skills, visual motor coordination and sensory regulation to support school performance.
Collaboration of Services
All related services providers work together to tailor multi-sensory programs aimed at improving student academic and social success. Each therapy program is personalized to meet the individual needs of each student. Therapists also consult with classroom staff to facilitate carryover of therapeutic strategies into the classroom.
